Controller

The controller of your personal data is Sévigné Paris, the publisher of this site and the trading name of a sole trader established in Australia. Contact: bonjour@sevigneparis.com.

Data processed

Hosting logs: when you visit the site, our host Vercel Inc. processes, as our processor, the technical data needed to serve the pages, such as your IP address and the page requested. The site’s functions run in Paris; Vercel Inc. is based in the United States, where data may be transferred under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as a fallback.

Emails: if you write to us, we receive your address and your message. We are established in Australia, where the messages you send us are processed.

Purposes and legal bases

Hosting logs keep the site secure and running; your emails are used only to answer you. In both cases the legal basis is our legitimate interest.

Retention

This data is kept only for the period strictly necessary for these purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. If you live in France, you may also give directives on what happens to your data after your death (article 85 of the French Data Protection Act, loi Informatique et Libertés). You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr); in Australia, where the Privacy Act 1988 applies to us, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

This site has no account, no form, no payment and no tracker, and it sets no cookies.
